Bring your driver's license or government ID to the Library. If your ID does not show your current address, also bring a bill or piece of mail that shows your name and current address. Library cards are free.
Saginaw residents (persons living within the city limits) may have one card per person in the family.
Nonresidents may have one card per family.
Children under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to obtain a library card.
