The City of Saginaw Recreation Center offers cardiovascular equipment and weight machine equipment giving each its own room. The weight station equipment is located in a 500 square foot room just off the gymnasium. In the cardio room, you will be able to use 8 treadmills, 4 elliptical machines, 5 exercise bicycles, and 1 stair climber.
All cardiovascular/exercise machines, stationary bikes, stair climbers, and treadmills are available for use by individuals 16 years of age and older. Individuals 13 to 15 years of age may use the fitness center if accompanied by an adult parent or guardian over the age of 21.
